Privacy Notice

1. Scope and responsible operator

This notice applies to the controlled Trial of JommBro at https://jommbro.com. JommBro is offered under the JommBro project name by the project operator. The public legal identity, any SSM registration details and business address are not yet published. They must be added before commercial launch. The current privacy contact is privacy@jommbro.com.

2. Personal data and other information processed

• Account and authentication: email address, Firebase user ID, sign-in provider, authentication state and account timestamps. Google credentials are handled by Google; JommBro does not receive your raw Google password.
• Profile and preferences: display name, profile photo/video, interests, language, appearance, privacy/discovery choices, notification choice and an optional city, state or country.
• Gameplay: selected missions, generated missions, progress, proof history, challenges, deadlines, submissions, XP, credits, badges, streaks and rankings.
• Social and communications: friend requests/connections, squads, direct and squad messages, Community posts, reactions, report records and audience choices.
• Media and content: photos, videos, audio, captions, descriptions, edits, previews and metadata associated with uploaded files.
• AI judging: mission instructions, descriptions and submitted media sent for judging; queue status; model result; factor scores; explanations; confidence; failure status; and any manual review request.
• Notifications and operations: push token, delivery state, service errors, abuse-prevention and security information, plus operational logs available through configured providers.
• On-device storage: essential local storage, session storage, service-worker cache, installed-app state, editor drafts and device-side preferences.

3. How data is obtained

Most data comes from you when you register, edit a profile, connect, message, challenge, upload or change a setting. Gameplay and AI records are generated from your activity. Authentication, storage, hosting, notifications and security providers create technical records needed to deliver the service.

4. Purposes

• Create, authenticate, protect and recover accounts.
• Sync profiles, progress, relationships, messages, challenges and proof records.
• Store, prepare and show content to the audience selected by the user.
• Queue and perform automated game judging and show explanations/results.
• Deliver enabled in-app or outside-app notifications.
• Operate safety tools, investigate reports, prevent spam, cheating, fraud and misuse, and enforce the policies.
• Diagnose failures, measure controlled-Trial readiness and improve reliability.
• Respond to support, privacy, account and rights-owner requests and comply with applicable law.
• Send JommBro news or launch updates only when the separate optional marketing choice is selected.

5. Visibility and disclosure

Your account email is not placed on your public player profile. Display name, profile media, optional general area, points, rankings and public challenge availability may be visible when the relevant public feature is enabled. Community posts are shown to the Community audience; friends-only proof is shown to accepted friends; direct or squad messages are available to their participants. Service administrators and providers may access data when necessary to operate, secure, support or lawfully investigate the service.

JommBro does not currently sell or rent Trial contact lists to unrelated advertisers. Data may be disclosed to service providers, when legally required, to protect users or the service, or as part of a properly safeguarded future business transaction.

6. Providers and processing outside Malaysia

JommBro uses Google Firebase and Google Cloud services, including Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions and Cloud Messaging. JommBro may send submitted mission text, descriptions, photos or video to Google Cloud Vertex AI Gemini for automated game judging. Hosting, content-delivery and security providers process request and device information needed to deliver the web app.

Provider infrastructure may process or store data outside Malaysia. Provider handling is governed by the applicable service arrangements and configured cloud controls. A final processor list, data-region record, cross-border transfer assessment and commercial disclosure have not yet been completed; those items are launch gates before commercial access.

7. Location and media metadata

The controlled Trial does not actively request device GPS for radar or nearby discovery. An optional city, state and country are entered manually. However, a photo, video, caption, visible address, landmark, uniform or file metadata may reveal location or identity. Review the final preview and remove sensitive clues before posting. JommBro does not promise that every uploaded file has all metadata stripped.

8. Security

JommBro uses authenticated cloud services, access rules, size/type checks and secure transport provided by its platform. Security is monitored and improved during the Trial, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected account compromise, harmful disclosure or security issue to support@jommbro.com. Do not email a password.

9. Retention

A verified, category-by-category retention schedule is not yet published, and automated lifecycle deletion is not yet available. Trial data is retained while reasonably needed to run the account and requested features, protect users, diagnose the service, resolve disputes, maintain limited backups or comply with law. Querying only the newest messages does not mean older records are automatically deleted. The operator must implement and publish a tested retention schedule before commercial launch.

10. Choices and requests

You may ask whether personal data is processed, request access or correction, request deletion, withdraw an optional consent, object to direct marketing or raise a concern. Send the request to privacy@jommbro.com, preferably from the account email, and include the display name and a clear description. Never include a password. Identity verification may be required. A request may be limited where data must reasonably be retained for security, fraud prevention, disputes, backups or law.

Public discovery and ranking choices can be changed in the app. A user can remove their own Community post where the control is available, but that action does not necessarily delete the underlying private mission record, uploaded file or account. Optional marketing can be withdrawn by emailing the privacy contact without losing Trial gameplay access.

11. Children and age

JommBro is restricted to users aged 16 and above. The controlled Trial does not intentionally invite children under 16. If the operator learns that an under-16 user submitted personal data, contact the privacy address so the account and data can be assessed and handled.

12. Changes and questions

A material notice update will carry a new effective date and will be presented for acceptance where required. Privacy questions should be sent to privacy@jommbro.com. This address is the current privacy request route; this page does not state that a statutory Data Protection Officer has been appointed.

Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to the free JommBro controlled Trial at jommbro.com. By creating an account after accepting the legal checkbox, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Notice, Community Guidelines and AI Judging Policy.

1. Operator status

The Trial is offered under the JommBro project name by the project operator. The operator's public legal name, any SSM registration details and business address are not yet published. The Trial must remain controlled and free until those and any other required commercial disclosures are completed. Contact support@jommbro.com.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 16. Do not register if you are under 16.
• Provide accurate information and protect the Google or email sign-in method linked to the account.
• Do not sell, transfer, impersonate, automate abuse of or obtain unauthorised access to an account.
• Notify support if an account appears compromised.

3. Free Trial, credits and future commerce

The current Trial does not offer paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, JomCash payments, paid entry, cash prizes or withdrawal. XP, credits, badges, scores and rankings are non-transferable game progress with no cash value. Do not pay anyone claiming that Trial credits can be redeemed.

Before JommBro offers any paid feature, auto-renewing subscription, sponsored competition or prize, it must publish the operator disclosures and separate applicable price, tax, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, eligibility and contest terms and obtain any required acceptance.

4. Safe and lawful use

Never trespass, drive or cycle while using JommBro, cross a road while looking at the app, damage property, perform an unsafe act, threaten or harass someone, expose private information, exploit a minor, cheat, manipulate evidence, spam, evade a restriction or use JommBro illegally. A mission is optional. Stop if a challenge feels unsafe or inappropriate.

5. User content and operational licence

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant the JommBro project operator a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, copy, compress, transcode, analyse, moderate and display content to the audience you selected and to permit operational service providers to do the same solely to run JommBro. This licence ends when content is deleted from active systems, except for reasonable backup, safety, dispute and legal retention.

You must hold the permissions needed for every person, recording, song, photograph, video, artwork, logo, performance and other element you submit. Do not record or publish someone where consent is required and has not been obtained.

6. Automated AI judging

Google Cloud Vertex AI Gemini may analyse submitted text, photos or video to provide automated game scores, factor marks, confidence and explanations. Results may be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent. They are entertainment feedback and must not be treated as professional advice or a decision about health, employment, credit, education, insurance, law or a person's worth.

A player may email a manual review request to support@jommbro.com. The controlled Trial has no automated in-app appeal workflow, no guaranteed review time and no guarantee that a result will change.

7. Reports, moderation and suspension

The operator may restrict visibility, remove content, cancel a score or challenge, preserve evidence, limit features or suspend access when reasonably needed for safety, law, security or repeated violations. Trial moderation is manual and is not guaranteed to be continuous or immediate. A report does not guarantee a particular outcome.

8. Availability and changes

This is an evolving controlled Trial. Features may change, fail, be paused, have capacity limits or be withdrawn. Saved data can still be affected by defects or provider outages. Do not rely on JommBro for emergency communications or permanent storage of the only copy of important media.

9. Disclaimers, mandatory rights and law

Use JommBro with your own judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Trial is supplied without a warranty of uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or liability that Malaysian law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Malaysian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer, privacy and other rights.

10. Changes and contact

Material changes will have a new effective date and will be presented for acceptance where required. Questions about these Terms should be sent to support@jommbro.com.

Community Guidelines

Content not allowed

• Child sexual exploitation or sexual content involving a minor.
• Credible threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, stalking or exposure of private identity/contact details.
• Graphic violence, instructions encouraging serious harm, illegal conduct or dangerous challenges.
• Non-consensual intimate material, sexual exploitation or content recorded where consent was required but not obtained.
• Copyrighted or other protected material the poster is not permitted to use.
• Malware, phishing, credential requests, spam or attempts to defeat JommBro security.

Reporting during the controlled Trial

A Community post has a Report & hide control. The report is associated with the signed-in reporter. Hiding affects the reporter's local view; it does not by itself delete the content or suspend an account. Profiles, direct messages, squad messages and challenges may not yet all have dedicated report or block controls. Send the player/content identifier, reason and a relevant screenshot to support@jommbro.com. Do not forward passwords or illegal exploitative media.

Reports are reviewed manually and JommBro does not promise continuous 24/7 monitoring, an immediate response or a particular outcome. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate authority.

AI Judging & Manual Review Policy

Provider and inputs

JommBro may send mission requirements, a result description and submitted photo or video to Google Cloud Vertex AI Gemini. The service may evaluate completion, evidence, authenticity, execution, effort, creativity, story and safety and return a score, verdict, evidence summary, factor marks and confidence. AI jobs may be queued and can finish after the player's upload has been saved.

Limits

• AI can misunderstand context, edits, humour, image quality, effort, identity and authenticity.
• A high or low score is not a statement about a person's worth or capability.
• AI judging is entertainment/game feedback and is not used for a high-impact decision.
• Unclear, insufficient, unsafe or apparently manipulated evidence may remain unscored or be marked for review.
• Players should not submit passwords, financial data, health details or other sensitive information merely to improve a score.

Manual review route

Email support@jommbro.com from the account email and include the display name, mission, approximate result date and reason for concern. Do not send a password. This route is manual: there is no in-app appeal queue, no guaranteed response time and no guarantee that the score will change during the controlled Trial.

JommBro does not train its own model from Trial submissions. Provider processing is governed by the applicable cloud service arrangements and configured controls; this policy does not promise that every provider keeps no operational records.

Content & Copyright Policy

Your ownership

You keep ownership of original content you create. The operational licence granted to the project operator is described in the Terms and is limited to running, securing, moderating and presenting JommBro to the audience selected by the user.

Permission before posting

• Obtain consent from identifiable people in a recording and permission from a parent or guardian before posting a child.
• Do not upload music, video, images, artwork, logos, performances or other material unless you created it or hold a permission that covers the intended use and audience.
• User-supplied audio is the user's responsibility.
• A track made available in the editor may be used only inside JommBro and only for the purpose stated there; its availability does not grant rights to download or reuse it elsewhere.
• Review the final preview for faces, addresses, school details, private conversations and location clues before posting.

Rights-owner notice

A rights owner can request review by emailing support@jommbro.com with contact details, identification of the protected work, identification/location of the JommBro content, the basis of the claim and a good-faith statement. The operator may ask for verification and may restrict disputed content while reviewing it. The controlled Trial uses a manual process.

Requests, Recovery & Deletion

Privacy and account-data requests

To ask about, access, correct or request deletion of account data, email privacy@jommbro.com, preferably from the account email. Include the display name and clearly describe the request. Never send a password. Identity verification may be required before information is disclosed, corrected or deleted.

Current deletion limitation

JommBro does not yet offer an automated in-app account-deletion workflow. Requests are handled manually. A Community-post delete control removes that public post record, but it does not necessarily delete the underlying private mission record, uploaded media, AI job/result, reaction/report record or account. Some records may remain for a limited period in backups or where reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, disputes or legal duties. The operator will explain the outcome of a verified request under applicable law.

Recovery

Email/password users can use the password-reset control on the sign-in screen. Google-account recovery is handled through Google. If an account is suspected to be compromised, contact support@jommbro.com. Support will never ask for the account password.

Marketing choice

Optional JommBro news and launch updates are off unless the separate checkbox is selected. To withdraw that choice, email privacy@jommbro.com from the account email. Withdrawal does not remove access to free Trial gameplay.

AI-score concern

A manual review can be requested through support@jommbro.com. It is not an automated workflow, has no guaranteed Trial response time and does not guarantee a changed score.

Support & Requests

Include the JommBro display name, account email where appropriate, approximate date, device/browser and a concise description. Screenshots can help, but do not include a password, PIN, payment credential or illegal exploitative media.
